It is recommended to choose a water soluble film that is 3-5 cm wider than the width of the embroidery machine for better use. If the purchase quantity cannot meet the manufacturer's minimum order quantity, you can choose to purchase a water soluble film that is one level wider; The length of water-soluble film is the second most important factor during procurement, and its determining factor is mainly the convenience of transportation, handling, and operation time. When producing water-soluble film, it is generally controlled between 10-20kg; The color of the fabric and embroidery thread is the determining factor of the color of the water-soluble film. Manufacturers generally only produce naturally colored water-soluble films. If the fabric and embroidery thread are dark colored, they can also order black, red, yellow, blue, green and other colors (but the order quantity needs to be large, and factories generally do not want to make colored films); We also need to consider the degree of softness and hardness of the water-soluble film. Generally, when using a soft film in low environmental humidity, use a hard film instead. However, the soft film is relatively easy to control and the hard film is prone to cracking;

When purchasing water-soluble films for automated packaging machines, the quality, width, thickness, and softness of the films should be determined based on the performance of the packaging machine, characteristics of the packaging items, size of the packaging bag, and packaging weight. The formula of the water-soluble films should also be adjusted according to the adjustable heat sealing temperature of the packaging machine (usually 180 ℃ -220 ℃);

When purchasing manually packaged water-soluble bags, it is also necessary to consider the characteristics of the packaging item, the size of the packaging bag, and the weight of the packaging to determine the quality, width, thickness, and softness of the water-soluble film. At the same time, it is necessary to choose a suitable heat sealing press (heat sealing temperature generally 180 ℃ -220 ℃) to seal the edges. However, it should be noted that the water soluble film and water soluble bag should not be contaminated with water during operation. It is best for operators to wear specialized masks (to avoid saliva sticking to the water soluble film during speech) and gloves (to prevent sweat on their hands from affecting the quality of the water soluble film). If resting and pausing operation, wrap them in sealed packaging bags to avoid prolonged contact with external humid air that may affect the softness and hardness of the water soluble film;

4. The water soluble film and water soluble bag used for anti-static packaging of electronic products mainly consider the specific anti-static requirements of electronic products, while other considerations are similar to those of packaging particles and powders.
